Name: Soot ( Springeye )
Rank: At first a Warrior, I guess, then either Med. Cat or Deputy
Clan: Tangleclan
Gender: She-cat
Age: 1 year ( 20 moons )
Picture (Optional):
Physical Description: Springeye is half Bengal cat, half Maine Coon, and ended up inheiriting both the spots from her Bengal side and stripes from her Maine Coon side. Her fur is semi-long, medium I guess you'd say, and she's quite large, being that both breeds are one of the largest in the 'domestic' cat breed. She weighs in at 17 pounds, and about 1 and a half feet tall. Her eyes, which are the reason for her name, start out as a light yellow-green on the outside and blend into a light green-yellow, mostly green, on the inside around the slits of her pupils.
Personality: Springeye is a wild spirit, but she's calm when allowed her space. She can get into mischeif, but she's smart and has a load of common sense and survival instincts, despite her origin. When she's not busy running free, she's laying around and watching the world pass her by, thinking.
History: Springeye was not born a Clan cat, or even a Rogue. She was born a Kittypet. Born into a litter of five with three brothers and a sister, her mother was also a Kittypet while her father was a Rogue. Though their three siblings were happy living the Kittypet life, she and her brother, Dusty ( Groundpelt ), inheirited their father's thirst to be wild and free. She was given away to a family with an early-teen girl, a late-teen boy, and their parents. Springeye ( then known as Soot ) was always running away from the Two-legs, not wanting their attention, until she finally made her escape out into the wild. Hearing of the four Clans, she re-named herself Springeye for her lovely, intelligent eyes and set out to join one.
IC: Late dusk had settled upon the territory of Tangleclan, where vines and thistles, overgrown branches and willow trees loomed, shrouding the area in shadows and giving way only to the glowing eyes of a large she-cat. Her fur was medium-long and thick, dappled with both spots and stripes, her eyes yellow and green, brightly intelligent. Rather dainty paws carried her over the ground, picking her way around different plants and herbs, eyeing some and marking their location for possible future reference. Her ears, with a slight tuft of hair springing from the tips of them, perked and swiveled, listening for any sounds of other cats, prey, or.. other.. creatures. She'd finally given her Two-leg family the slip, along with her brother, Dusty ( who'd also renamed himself, Groundpelt ) and was quite proud of herself.
Slightly young but not inexperienced, Springeye was ready for the feral world of Clan cats, battles, and hunting for your food instead of recieving it from the Two-legs. She already had a taste for fresh meat - she and her brother, though with some difficulty, had captured and shared a mouse. They'd finally gone their seperate ways, though, he to wander and possibly - very much a maybe - find a clan, she to definately join one. Now, she just needed to find a cat...
