Icewhisker then padded slowly over to Rainkit and whispered, "Hey guess what?" Just then a huge smile appeared on Icewhisker's face. "Your my apprentice!"

Poisonleaf sighed. This was a great new camp, but it wasn't like the old one; the one she had been born and raised and trained in.

"Hey!" Skykit snapped, his tail lashing in immature anger. "What about me?" To show his strength, the small blue-gray tom took a leap at Icewhisker's side, trying to redirect all possibly attention to him and him only. Rainkit sure didn't need to be playing; she would be apprenticed soon, anyway. "Grr-argh! I am Skykit, walker of the air and father of the clouds!" He prided himself by taking a glance at his mother. Walker of the air and father of the clouds was an old warrior story, something he loved hearing again and again.

Icewhisker chuckled. She then cuffed her paw over Skykit's ear, meowing, "I am your enemy and I will defeat you!" She then went down to a hunters crouch and stalked towards Skykit acting like his enemy. Icewhisker then gently dabbed Skykit with her paws pretending to attack him.

Skykit squealed, stepping back and bristling. "No fair!" Skykit fluffed up his fur. His white-tipped tail was twitching back and forth. However, this is Skykit, and unlike his father or grandfather, Wolfbane, he has little or no patience, not enough to honor, and too arrogant for his own good. With that, he slipped under Icewhisker and batted her belly.[/color]

Poisonleaf padded over to Shinningstream. "Do you see any good dens that'll make a medicine cat den?" she asked.

Icewisker started to laugh in pain as Skykit batted her belly. Leaping away from Skykit she tried to lift him up into the air and onto her back, but her attack missed. She then started to bat Skykit playfully again. Jumping away again, Icewhisker bekoned to the other kits to join in the game.

Rainkit shook her head. Immature little bundle of fur, she thought sickly to herself. She knew what he was doing and to be truthful, she didn't get along with her brother that well. He always, from kithood, appeared to be the strongest and smartest, but Rainkit began to catch on... She felt eyes on her back. Rainkit directed her ears backwards and heard small footsteps cautiously approaching her, but she still didn't turn. "Umph! Twilightkit bowled into her side with all his weight and toppled her over. "Hah! I, the great and all powerful Twilightkit have taken down my foe with one single---- Aak! Mom, save me!" Rainkit was racing towards Twilightkit with a spark of playfullness in her eyes. Before the kit could turn and run, his sister scooped him up and ruffled the fur on top of his head. "Hey! I just smoothed that part out!" He then squirmed in his sister's grasp and slipped free. Unfortunately, he hadn't noticed that they were right next to the other two and controllessly flopped right into his brother.

Icewhisker then started to giggle at the two kits as they ran around. But before she could go back to her position, some little cat pounced on to her back. She twist and turned her body to see who it was but the cat was too well hidden.

"Poisonleaf!" Earthheart called again, padding to the camp entrance. She looked around, spotting her next to Shiningstream. "I think I have found the new den."

Poisonleaf padded over to Earthheart, flicking Shinningstream's shoulder in a friendly way on the way. "Where is it?" she asked eagerly.

Icewhisker jumped up suddenly, making whatever was on her back fall off. "Do you know if anyone found the warriors den yet? I'm exausted!"

Willowkit meeped loudly, falling to the ground in a ploom of dust. Her light-colored eyes twinkled gently, in the kind of a good-hearted soul that could never be put to rest. Of all Shiningstream's and Sharkfang's kits, Willowkit had to be the one that puzzled them the most. Skykit was clever, Twilightkit was strong, Morningkit was reserved, Rainkit was couragous, but Willowkit was...different. So different, in fact, that she reminded everyone of Sharkfang's deceased mate, Willowclaw.
"Willowkit! That's not how you play!" Skykit spat. He prodded his sister on the ear. "Don't just lay there and act all goody-two-paws! Fight!" Skykit once again launched himself at poor Icewhisker, trying to knock her down with all his might with Twilightkit behind him.
Shiningstream winked at Poisonleaf while she pranced away. Back to her kits, the blue-gray tortoiseshell snorted slightly. "Skykit, control yourself! All of you actually, be a bit easy with Icewhisker. It's not every day she has to deal with you uncontrolable kits."

"It's okay Shinningstream," Icewhisker murowed. "I had to deal with younger cats or other things when I was traveling down from my birth home." She then cuffed Skykit's ear playfully, and turned around to face Willowkit. "You alright?"she whispered.

Earthheart led Poisonleaf the short distance to the den. "It's outside the camp, but not by much, and the tunnel leads under the bramble wall." Waving her tail at the oak, she went on, "The roots break into the tunnel and den and give light. What do you think?"
